Auburn, NY - District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci announced today that the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office is proud to welcome Mark Moody, Courtney Venditte, Amanda Raub, and Alan Berlucchi to our team.
Mark joined our office as a Special Counsel to the District Attorney. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport and received his law degree from University of Missouri. He has more than 25 years of experience as a prosecutor. Mark previously served as the Acting District Attorney for Oswego County from September of 2023 to December of 2023. He was the Chief Assistant District Attorney in the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office from January 2012 until September of 2023.
Courtney joined our office as a Senior Assistant District Attorney. She graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 2013 and has been a prosecutor for over ten years. Prior to coming to Cayuga County, she served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office, and as an Assistant District Attorney in the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office where she specialized in the handling of special victim cases.
Amanda joined our office as an Assistant District Attorney in December 2023. She is a graduate of Liberty University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Counseling and Human Development and her Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law. She has more than four years of experience as an attorney, the past three of which she spent serving as a prosecutor in the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office.
Alan is joining our office as a Certified Law Associate. Once admitted to the New York State Bar, he will serve as an Assistant District Attorney. He is a graduate of West Chester University with a major in international relations and a minor in international business. He received his Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University Whitman School of Business and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Berlucchi was part of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society, competing nationally on the intercollegiate Trial Team, and Vice President of the Syracuse Animal Legal Defense Fund.
