Auburn, NY - District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci announced today that the Appellate Division in Rochester unanimously affirmed the conviction of STEVEN FELDER. On April 21, 2022, the Cayuga County Court sentenced FELDER to two years’ determinate prison and five (5) years’ post-release supervision for his conviction of Attempted Sexual Assault in the First Degree. The charge arose when FELDER sexually assaulted a woman in the Town of Sennett on October 19, 2020.
Today, the Appellate Division, Fourth Department issued a decision unanimously affirming FELDER’S conviction and sentence.
